4. Payments & Fees

5. Cancellations & Refunds

For monthly services, you may cancel by providing written notice (email is acceptable). Unless stated otherwise in your agreement:

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, internal processes, and any pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables created specifically for you (such as web pages or graphics), excluding third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, and licensed tools) which remain subject to their own licence terms.
